Return Policy

At Blue River Wellness, customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Below are a few guidelines around returns to ensure product safety and quality for all of our customers.

Because Kratom is a natural botanical, we cannot accept returns on any opened packages. Once a product is opened, we must dispose of it — no exceptions — in order to stay compliant with GMP Best Practices. We take these practices very seriously and never resell returned products.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we kindly ask that instead of sending it back to be discarded, you consider sharing it with another Kratom enthusiast who may benefit from it. Or, if you garden, consider adding it to your compost pile — it’s 100% plant material and a great way to return it to the earth.


Our Return Guidelines:

• Returns are accepted only in select situations.

• You may request a return within 10 days of your purchase.

• Only unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• All returns must be pre-approved by our team before you ship anything back. Returns sent without authorization may not be refunded.

Important Exception:

We’re unable to authorize any bulk-size orders (1kg or more). Due to the size and cost of these items, they are considered final sale.

 

Requesting a Return:

If you need to request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@blueriverwellness.com with the subject line:

“Purchase Return Request”

2. In your email, please include:

• Your original order number

• The product(s) you’re requesting to return

• A brief reason for the return

• Your full name and contact information

3. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for shipping it back.

4. Please make sure to:

• Package your item carefully so it arrives in good condition

• Use the original packaging (if possible)

• Ship it via Priority Mail (our recommended method)

• Save your tracking number

Once your return arrives and meets the conditions above, we’ll issue your refund promptly.

 

Lost Packages & Refunds:

If your return is lost in the mail or delayed due to weather or other uncontrollable events, we can’t guarantee a refund — but we always evaluate each situation with fairness and empathy. We’re reasonable people, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
