Standard Return Policy
Honestly, it’s pretty rare that we allow returns of your kratom product for one simple reason: opened packages of our products are ineligible for returns, and if you send it back, we’ll toss it out for safety reasons. We’re very careful handling all of our kratom strains to ensure, as much as possible, it remains contaminant free. More importantly, we follow GMP Best Practices, which precludes mixing any returned kratom into our bulk stock or shipping your returned order to another customer. Nope, we have to toss it.
Nevertheless, let’s say you want to return a purchase, now you know we MUST toss it to comply with GMP Best Practices to keep our customers safe, we urge you not to toss it. Rather, if you didn’t enjoy your purchase, we humbly ask you to consider giving it to another kratom enthusiast instead of sending it to the landfill.
Alternatively, dump it in your compost pile and let its 100% organic nutrients help your garden grow. That’s what Blue does with the scant number of returns we’ve authorized over the years.
Regardless, below is our Return Policy:
We Accept Returns Only in Certain Circumstances:
- You may return your purchase within 10 days of purchase for 100% money back guarantee, excluding shipping and handling costs. That means the customer pays for shipping returned products.
- All returned products must be unopened in its original packaging. We will NOT refund any amount of the purchase price of products that have been opened or if the original package is altered, defaced, or modified in the slightest.
- All Returns must be PREAPPROVED by Blue River Wellness before they are shipped. Any returned product shipped without prior authorization by Blue River Wellness risks NOT BEING REFUNDED.
Exception to Return Requests:
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL BRW AUTHORIZE OR REFUND ANY PURCHASE OF A KILO OR HIGHER BULK PURCHASES. THAT’S A HARD STOP. SORRY.
EACH SITUATION IS DIFFERENT AND IT’S 100% POSSIBLE WE WILL NOT REFUND 100%, PERHAPS NOT AT ALL, A “DAMAGED” SHIPMENT TO A LEGACY CUSTOMER. ALL REFUNDS ARE DECIDED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.

How To Return a Product:
Please Follow the Instructions Below to Return a Purchase
- Email support@blueriverwellness.com to request authorization to return your purchase. Additionally,
- In the SUBJECT Field add PURCHASE RETURN REQUEST
- In the body text of your email include your original order number
- Describe briefly the reason for the return
- The EXACT product(s) you are returning
- Your full name and Contact Information
- If your RETURN is AUTHORIZED, Most ARE NOT so don’t take it personally – we’ll work hard to resolve the issue you reported, and we almost always REFUND your full purchase price or replace the order for free – even if we don’t approve the return.
- Pack the shipment carefully so it won’t be damaged in transit. We suggest a FREE Priority Mail Envelop, just like we use, that you can pick up at your local Post Office for FREE.
- All returned products must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Insurance is optional, but if you want it, we’ll love it. Recall we’re gonna toss it anyway.
- Once your shipment is mailed, we suggest Priority Mail, which is what we use, and you’ll get a Tracking Number to monitor your shipment until we receive it.
- Save your return tracking number
Once the return product arrives on our side, and it meets the terms and conditions described above, we’ll issue your refund immediately.
Importantly, if the package never arrives due to USPS error or an Act Of God, we are NOT OBLIGED to ISSUE a REFUND. Nevertheless, each case is different, and we are reasonable people. We work very hard to earn our customers’ trust and business by offering some of the best kratom on the market, in addition to the best customer service compared to any business based on ecommerce.
