PROCESSING & SHIPPING HOURS
‘Same Day’ Shipping Deadline: 12:00 pm (EST) Blue River Wellness LLC. processes and ships orders out, Monday through Friday , with ‘same day shipping’ applying to all orders placed on or before 12:00 pm (EST).
Q. HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?
A. Online items purchased from Blue River Wellness will be shipped using either UPS or the USPS . All customers will receive a tracking number, after their order has shipped.
Utilizing our USPS option, we charge a flat rate fee of:
First Class Shipping (1-7 business days) $3.99
Priority Shipping (2-4 business days) $6.29
Express Priority (1-2 business days) $21.99
- Delivery time for USPS Express Priority depends on your location within the United States, and is ultimately determined by the USPS . We do not have any control over the USPS’ delivering speed or accuracy.
- Using the UPS transit option, the shipping fees will be dependent upon the total weight of the order, as well as the deliverly location/destination of the customer.
NOTE : UPS does not make deliveries on Saturday’s or to PO Boxes . Any submitted orders that contain a PO Box shipping address, while attempting to utilize a UPS shipping option, will produce a ‘Return to Sender’ outcome; with customer absorbing all reshipping costs.

This service allows you to enter our shipping city & zip-code (Goose Creek – 29445), and your city & zip-code; to obtain an estimate of your package’s transit time and delivery date. Although the USPS ‘ services are normally reliable, any estimates given, are not guaranteed by us or the USPS . This is simply a resource tool to help provide you an approximate delivery time-frame.

- The above shipping times do not include the day it is shipped, Sundays, or Postal holidays ( see below ).
Q. WHAT COUNTRIES/STATES DO YOU SHIP TO?
A. Blue River Wellness only ships within the United States of America. Blue River Wellness must follow the laws of the State of South Carolina. Our website and online store is regulated by interstate commerce laws, which fall under United States of America federal law. Outside of South Carolina, Blue River Wellness LLC. cannot and is not making any claims, as to the legality of any of our products sold.
It is the sole responsibility of each individual customer to comply with all laws and regulations of the particular jurisdiction which the customer resides in. We encourage all of our customers to research and identify if any laws are applicable to the state they reside in, and/or utilize as a shipping address.
Blue River Wellness LLC. and its employees will not be held liable or accountable for anyone who, knowingly or unknowingly, purchases any of our products and resides in a County, City, or State where said product has been deemed restricted, banned, or illegal.
Q. DO YOU SHARE OUR INFORMATION WITH ANYONE?
A. The security of any information you provide us online with is our utmost concern. Under NO circumstances will your personal information be revealed to or shared with anyone, nor do we ever rent or sell our customer lists to anyone. Blue River Wellness LLC. does NOT have access to your credit/debit card information. Only the banking institutions and payment processors have access to this sensitive information. We hate spam and fraud as much as you do!
Q. WHERE ARE YOU SHIPPING FROM?
A. Your online order from Blue River Wellness LLC. is processed and shipped from our warehouse and office location residing in the beautiful and wonderful city of Charleston, SC 29445-1929, USA.

UPS & USPS Shipping Errors and/or Issues
- If you are experiencing any problems with your tracking information, or in the delivery of your package, you will need to contact the UPS or USPS office in your local area or go to their website for contact and address information.
- As much as we would like to be able to help regarding individual packages and tracking information, unfortunately, the USPS or UPS will be the only entity capable of offering any additional insight or information. This is in regard to packages currently in transit, or packages that have already been delivered (or stated as ‘ delivered ‘).
- All claims information is available on the UPS & USPS website if, by unfortunate chance, your package is lost or stolen. We do not give refunds or replacement orders on lost or stolen packages.

There are no USPS or company delivery services on the following 2020 mail holidays:

- Monday, January 20 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday
- Monday, February 17 – Presidents Day
- Monday, May 25 – Memorial Day
- Saturday, July 4 – Independence Day
- Monday, September 7 – Labor Day
- Monday, October 12 – Columbus Day
- Wednesday, November 11 – Veterans’ Day *
- Thursday, November 26 – Thanksgiving Day
- Friday, December 25 – Christmas Day
Standard Return Policy
- You may return your online purchase within 7 days of purchase for 100% money back guarantee , excluding shipping and handling costs. Please keep in mind that if you decide to return our product for a refund, you are required to pay for all shipping costs.
- All returned products must be unopened and in original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of the products being sold, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or modified.

How To Return a Product:
Please complete the following set of instructions for ALL product returns.
- Please email customer service at BlueRiverWellness@Gmail.com and include your original online order number, reasoning for return, what product(s) you are returning, and your full name.
- Wrap the unopened package carefully. All online return products must be in original condition and packaging.
- Return the online product using your preferred shipping method to our address.
- Save your return tracking number , and please e-mail this to us . This is to ensure the liability on both parties, to document that your package has indeed been shipped back to us, as well as being capable of tracking the return. It is important that you save the tracking number, and that you insure the return package. This is very important, in case there are any issues pertaining to the transit or delivery of your returned package.
- Please note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping or gift-wrap charges.
