Shipping Information
We ship exclusively with USPS unless special arrangements are made. We try to accommodate all of our customers, so if you’re one of the few people who the USPS can’t deliver mail to your home – please email us at support@blueriverwellness.com, and we’ll try to work with you to have it delivered. Please note that there might be additional handling fees if another carrier is used to ship your purchase.
We ship Monday – Friday except for Federal Holidays when the post office is closed.
Here is a list of the holidays the post office is closed in 2025:

- Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, Jan. 20
- Presidents Day: Monday, Feb. 17
- Memorial Day: Monday, May 26
- Juneteenth National Independence Day: Thursday, June 19
- Independence Day: Friday, July 4
- Labor Day: Monday, Sept. 1
- Columbus Day: Monday, Oct. 13
- Veterans Day: Tuesday, Nov. 11
- Thanksgiving: Thursday, Nov. 27
- Christmas Day: Thursday, Dec. 25
Same-Day Shipping Cutoff
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on weekdays are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff may ship the following business day. If you need your order to ship the same day, please be sure to check out well before noon to ensure prompt processing.
USPS Priority Mail

We recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery — a free service that provides real-time tracking updates, delivery alerts, and package previews by email or text.
USPS Express Priority Mail
•Flat rate: $27.99
•Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
•Tracking included
While we’ve had great results with Express Priority Mail, there are rare delays beyond our control. Once the package is accepted by USPS, it is their responsibility to deliver it. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for delayed or lost shipments, including Express shipping fees. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with USPS if needed.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship Kratom to the following states due to legal restrictions:

•Arkansas
•Indiana
•Rhode Island
•Vermont
•Wisconsin
We wish this weren’t the case. If you live in one of these states, we encourage you to reach out to your lawmakers and push for change. Your voice matters — and we’d love to serve you again if and when those laws change.
